PYALI-RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Pyali, every cup is crafted with care, combining heritage, wellness, and freshness. To ensure the quality of your tea and maintain its luxurious experience, we handle returns and exchanges thoughtfully.
1. Opened Tea
For hygiene and freshness reasons, opened teas cannot be returned or exchanged. Each cup is crafted to deliver the perfect taste and wellness experience.
2. Unopened Tea
If your tea arrives unopened, sealed, and damaged or incorrect, it is eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
3. Damaged or Defective Tea
If your tea arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
- We’ll ensure a replacement or full refund is issued immediately
4. Shipping & Handling Notes
- We carefully package all teas to maintain quality during delivery
- Tea freshness and aroma are our priority; returns are limited to protect this standard
